FORREGION in Oslo aims to strengthen research-based innovation in business and the municipality's own entites. Oslo municipality's R&D-advisers help companies and municipal enterprises with little research experience based in Oslo to explore the opportunities that lie in collaboration with research. The City of Oslo also publishes calls for proposals for pre- projects for companies with little or no experience in collaborating with research.
